Section 6

AI Interview Co-Pilot — Special Rules

The AI Interview Co-Pilot is designed as a preparation and practice tool to help you get ready for interviews. It is intended to help you think through answers, practice responses, and build confidence — not to cheat during live interviews.

Important: You must not use the AI Interview Co-Pilot in any way that violates the terms of service, rules, or policies of any employer, recruiting platform, video interviewing platform (such as HireVue, Spark Hire, Karat, or similar services), or any other hiring process. Many employers and interview platforms explicitly prohibit the use of AI assistance during live interviews. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the rules of any interview or hiring process you participate in.

Specifically, you agree that you will not:

Ambore provides the Interview Co-Pilot as a practice and preparation aid only. We bear no responsibility for any consequences — including disqualification from a hiring process, termination of employment, or legal action — that result from your use of the tool in violation of employer or platform policies.

Section 7

AI-Generated Content

Ambore's tools use artificial intelligence to generate content including resumes, cover letters, emails, project plans, and interview answers. You understand and agree that:

Section 8

Job Listings

Job listings on Ambore are aggregated from third-party public sources. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings fresh and accurate, but we do not guarantee that any job listing is current, accurate, or still available at the time you view it.

Section 9

Intellectual Property

Ambore's intellectual property: The Ambore platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, tool interfaces, system prompts, and overall architecture, is owned by Nikhil Ambore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.

Your content: You retain full ownership of any personal content you enter into Ambore (your resume data, work history, etc.). By using the platform, you grant Ambore a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Third-party content: Job listings are the property of their respective employers and job boards. Ambore aggregates this content under fair use for informational purposes. We do not claim ownership of third-party job listings.

Section 10

Disclaimer of Warranties

Ambore is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikhil Ambore and the Ambore platform expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content generated by or found on Ambore.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nikhil Ambore and the Ambore platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

In no event shall Ambore's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform exceed zero dollars ($0), reflecting that Ambore is a completely free service with no paid relationship between us.

Section 12

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Ambore for any user who violates these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: scraping the platform, abusing AI features, creating fraudulent content, circumventing security measures, or any other prohibited activity listed in Section 5.

You may stop using Ambore at any time. Since your account is stored in your browser's localStorage, you can delete your account data by clearing your browser's site data for ambore.org.

Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive any termination of these Terms.

Section 13

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ambore shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at amborenikhil46@gmail.com. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Section 14

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via a notice on the Ambore homepage.

Your continued use of Ambore after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform.

Section 15
